Signature Security Theft Protection

There’s no guarantee your car won’t be a thief’s next victim, but there are some things you can do to improve your odds without spending a fortune. At Star Cars of Abilene, we offer Signature Security Theft Protection, believing that the more security you have, the less appealing your car will be to a thief. While not foolproof, Signature Security Theft Protection can stop the amateur thief and slow down the professional.

If your new or used vehicle is stolen within the time of your Signature Security Theft Protection contract, and it is not recovered within thirty days—or is recovered and declared a total loss by your comprehensive insurance carrier—you will receive the maximum theft benefit based on the plan selected.

  • No deductible
  • Auto insurance deductible reimbursement of $500 on comprehensive/collision
  • Deductible reimbursement of $500 on homeowners/renter’s insurance for any valuable stolen with car
  • Car rental/alternative transportation reimbursement of $25 per day up to $750 maximum related to a stolen vehicle incident
  • Trip interruption of $125 per day for a maximum of $375 related to a stolen vehicle incident
  • Towing up to $100 related to theft
  • Storage reimbursement up to $250 related to a stolen vehicle incident
